Refund & Return Policy

At Tulsi Fashion Jewellery, every chain in our collection is quality-checked before dispatch from our store in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. We take pride in the craftsmanship of each piece and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Our policy
We accept exchange or replacement requests only if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. All other sales are considered final.
We currently operate and deliver exclusively within India. International returns are not accepted.
How to raise a request
You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
- Email us at g.jewels.gems@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the item received.
- Our team will review the image and confirm whether the item qualifies for a replacement.
- If approved, we will share return instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with original packaging and all tags intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the correct replacement.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds
We do not issue cash refunds. In the rare case where a refund is approved at our discretion:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
- A 50% restocking / handling fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund.
We will not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases
- The request is made after 2 days of delivery.
- The item has been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- The item shows damage caused by the customer.
- The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- The package was refused by the recipient.
- The courier made two unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Sizing issues — please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
- Minor variations in colour, finish, or design — fashion jewellery is handcrafted and may differ slightly from product photographs.
- Tarnishing or natural wear over time — this is expected with fashion jewellery and is not considered a fault.
- The item is not faulty or incorrect.
Custom orders
Custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once placed. As each custom piece is made specifically to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you are dissatisfied with the outcome.
If a cancellation request is made before the item has been dispatched and is approved at our sole discretion, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover material, labour, and time already incurred.
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return process. Please use a tracked shipping method.
