Shipping Policy

At Tulsi Fashion Jewellery, every order is packed with care at our store in Chandni Chowk, Delhi and dispatched promptly. We currently deliver exclusively within India.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Delhi NCR — 1–2 business days
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 2–3 business days
  • Rest of India — 3–5 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to protect your jewellery during transit. Where possible, multiple items from a single order are packed together.

Important information

  • We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you before dispatch.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries.
  • Orders cannot be amended once placed.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. A reshipping fee will apply before we resend.
  • If a parcel is refused by the recipient, it will be treated as a failed delivery and reshipping charges will apply. No refund will be issued for the original order.
  • Any delivery concerns must be reported within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

Cash on delivery

We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full at checkout via our available payment methods.

Duties & taxes

All prices on our Site are inclusive of applicable GST. There are no additional duties or hidden charges for deliveries within India.
