At Everythingin Anime, we take pride in the precision of our laser-cut artistry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new anime frame.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us at g.jewels.gems@gmail.com if the item is:

Defective or damaged during transit.

The wrong item (incorrect anime character or frame size).
We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom Products: Any personalized items or special orders (such as custom-engraved names or bespoke anime designs) are final sale.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or via gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
